FAN CONTENT POLICY

TERMS OF USE

These are the terms of use that state what isn’t and is allowed to be done regarding fan content, using the soundtrack, and copyrights. it is important that if you wish to make content on the game, please read the following terms of use. When creating your own fangames, song covers, artwork(s), they need to follow these rules. These rules are subject to change, and may be updated frequently.

CLAIMING SONGS AS YOURS/USING THE SOUNDTRACK IN VIDEOS
Using the DRAGGED Soundtrack within your videos for YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc, is perfectly acceptable, and will not result in a Copyright Claim*. however, there are some rules you must follow in order to use the soundtrack.
Claiming specific songs from the Soundtrack as your own original creations is prohibited. This does not count remixes/covers*. As long as you specify the song is from DRAGGED, you are allowed to make remixes of the Soundtrack, however claiming a song as something purely original to you is prohibited. To avoid any issues, please state the song is originally from DRAGGED when making a remix/cover. This could be in the title or description of the video.

FAN CONTENT POLICY
Making fan content is okay. Making fanart of the game is acceptable as long it’s not marked as an official creation. Fangames are allowed, as long as the creation does not require payment of any form, and remain free. You are not allowed to make money off of fangames. Fan remixes/covers of song’s from the Soundtrack are allowed and encouraged.
Merchandise that is unlicensed and not endorsed is prohibited, and is considered Copyright Infringement. We have the right to request the merchant to take said listing down within reasonable suspicion of Copyright Infringement.

If we reach out to an artist for any event, we will ask for direct permission to use said artwork for specific promotional material unless stated otherwise by the artist. We will not use fanart to promote DRAGGED unless we reach out to the artist directly and get approval.

ARTIST COMMISSIONS
We will not go after artists who get commissioned to draw anything related to DRAGGED. We like to see community made artwork(s), and attacking artists for making fanart goes against our morals. Make as much fanart as you’d like.

GENERATIVE AI USAGE WITHIN FAN CREATIONS
We will not promote any AI Generated artwork(s), fangames, songs, etc. Submitting AI Generated material to events held by the creators of DRAGGED is prohibited, and will result in immediate disqualification. As such, we do not encourage the use of Generative AI to be used to create material about DRAGGED.

STREAMING GUIDELINES
Streaming the game is 100% okay and has no punishment, or any other required precautions, as long you don’t steam any leaked content of unannounced news regarding the game. We may take down content that discloses unannounced content for DRAGGED.
To clarify, creators can earn monetization on their videos regarding DRAGGED on sites such as YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc. It is not prohibited to make content about the game. We will not issue Copyright Claims to creators unless these terms have been broken by said creator. Using the Soundtrack will not get the creator a Copyright Claim.
If a creator accidentally receives a Copyright Claim that is not justified, as not all streaming tools are perfect, please reach out to any of the DRAGGED Social Media outlets, and we’ll remove it for you without further questioning.

COPYRIGHT
DRAGGED is owned/created by Martly Royale. By making content on DRAGGED, you agree to the above terms. We have the right to take down material that breaks these terms within valid reason.
Reuploads/redistribution of DRAGGED is prohibited, and will result in serious action. It does not matter if specific material is labeled as “free,” as it still violates Copyright Infringement. Please do not sell, or redistribute DRAGGED in any form that is not permitted by the Copyright Owner.
